What is 300-hour TTC?

Harsha Yoga’s 300-hour yoga teacher training is an advanced yoga teaching program. It was designed for yoga practitioners and teachers who have graduated from the 200-hour course in any other yoga school around the world and who have completed at least 100 hours of yoga teaching(Optional)

What will I learn?

Teacher Training Course

Our 300-hour program is for yogis who wish to advance their teaching skills and wish to study the yogic scriptures and to significantly advance their practice. In this training, you will learn how to teach advanced principles and techniques correctly and confidently. From learning different sequencing techniques to the anatomy and physiology of yoga, our 300-hour teaching training program covers all the important topics.

However, we prioritize depth over a superficial overview of practices. This means that we will take selective deep dives into specific and meaningful aspects of teaching yoga.

Training course tuition
Accommodation: Guest House style facility. Private/Shared room (depending on selection) with double bed and attached private bathroom with hot and cold shower for those who adopt for residential course. Separate yoga hall and dining room. Excellent location, away from city commotion(For residential only)
Three daily Indian vegetarian meals (Three meals daily from Monday to Friday and Breakfast/Lunch on Saturday included). (For residential only)
Yoga Manual
Wi-Fi Internet. We have provided best possible Internet connectivity to fulfill your daily needs of communication.(For residential only)
Filtered drinking water (equivalent to bottled mineral water)(For residential only)

Transportation other than airport pickup (drop off is not included)

Laundry service (available on request at very affordable charge)

A note on food

Please take note that the course is intensive and our menu has been designed by a professional nutritionist to fulfil your daily needs. To ensure a smooth practice, dishes are prepared using limited amounts of spices and oil. Ingredients and taste aim to accommodate the majority. Vegan options and special dietary requirements for health reasons can be arranged upon request. Western food is not available.
